Leo Burnett’s Chief Marketing Officer, Emily Doskow, has been named to Ad Age’s prestigious Leading Women 2023 List for her leadership in driving agency growth and commitment to supporting emerging talent.
Emily recently led Leo Burnett through one of its best new business years. Under her leadership, the agency earned the title of second most winning agency in the U.S. with over a dozen new business wins including Jim Beam, Kashi and Dunkin’.
“When it comes to pitching and winning a business, it can be really draining. What was important is a culture that has a lot of energy, momentum and fun, and that we’ve brought all that to the process.”
Emily also sits on the board of the Chicago Advertising Federation to foster a strong community and support talent across the many facets of marketing in the city.
